Lemon Mustard Chicken
Prepared the recipe as directed, and it was quite flavorful. The only thing is that for me the crumbly coating seemed to fall off mostly. Next time I will put less butter in the pan and see if that helps.

Greek Pasta Salad I
The best part of this is the dressing- would be good for a lot of different pasta salads (I left out the sugar, and didn't notice the absence)! I subbed extra olives, feta, and pepper for the mushrooms. I think next time I will use green, yellow, or orange pepper for some visual interest.

Peanut Butter Bars I
Yum! I substituted the semisweet chips for dark chocolate, and it offsets the sweetness of the peanut butter mixture very well.
