Ontario Beef Rouladen
If you enjoy spicy dishes, then add your spice to the meat mixture and/or sauce. Thanks for trying this traditional dish, we do love it.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
I followed what another reader said about a crumb topping, followed their advice and the butter in this topping caused the cake to not bake in the center and it was swimming in butter. Ruined what otherwise I think would have been a great recipe.

Ginger Pork Stir Fry (with Mushroom)
Interesting. I am making this right now, have the veggies and ham in the wok, sauce is made and I did double it and just for fun I added oyster sauce to the mix and a little extra brown sugar. I am also making peanut sauce to go with it and am making kroepoek groot to help scoop up the awesomeness. Starving and it smells wonderful...thanks for sharing.
