Minute® Rice Lasagna

I thought this was delicious!! I followed the recipe except for using brown rice, but baked in an 11 x 7 glass casserole. I would definitely make more rice next time. What an easy alternative to regular lasagna.

Italian Pasta Salad I

This is delicious!! I've made it twice and we'll be making it for our vacation next week! I added extra veggies...shredded red onion, shredded carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, chick peas and two types of cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella cubed). Thank you so much for this recipe!!

Homesteader Cornbread

This was so good! I did switch measurements for flour & cornmeal as did a lot of reviewers. I also cut the recipe in half and baked in my 9" diameter cast iron skillet...it was gone within 30 minutes!! Will make this often!!

Cabbage Beef Soup

I made this on the stovetop, and added about 1/2 bag of Birdseye Steamfresh frozen long-grain rice...this addition really made it taste like stuffed cabbage soup. I loved it!!! Thanks so much for the recipe.

So good!! I made these exactly as written, but baked in a 7 x 11 glass pan...12 minutes for the crust and 23 for the second baking. Perfect!!

Funnel Cakes I

Oh my goodness!! I cut the recipe in half, added 1 T sugar and only 1/2 t salt, beat egg and milk in a 4 cup glass measure, added sifted ingredients and a little vanilla to that, whisked with a small whisk, poured right into the hot oil and cooked as directed!! Easy to clean up and found no need for the mixer. Now, I need to lose this recipe.

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Really really good! I added a bit of the broccoli water to soup and milk mixture to give it a little more gravy. I did mix altogether and baked as directed. Will make this often! Thanks for a wonderful, easy recipe.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

The best! I doubled the recipe also, used 1/2 C oil & 1/2 C applesauce, baked in a 9 x 13 for about 40 minutes, frosted them with a can of chocolate frosting & these tasted just like what you buy from bakeries!! Rich, fudgy, moist--this is the only recipe for brownies I'll use from now on. Thanks OP!!

Vanilla Wafer Cookies

What a yummy little cookie! I've made two batches in 12 hours--they're so good. Since I love coconut, I subbed 1 T coconut extract in place of vanilla and used about 7/8 cup of sugar. Baked 12 minutes at 350 & they're perfect. If you like them a little crisper, then bake a couple minutes more. Thank you OP!! Forgot to mention: I used my small cookie scoop which holds a tablespoon and got 33 cookies out of each batch.

Chewy Coconut Bars

I love chocolate, I love walnuts, and I really love coconut. How could I not love these bar cookies? They are absolutely fabulous. I did use butter flavor Crisco, and added probably an extra 1/2 cup coconut. Other than that, I followed the recipe as written. Thank you Myrtis!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious! The only change I made was to add an extra 1/2 C oatmeal. I did have to press lightly with a fork before baking because they really do puff up and stay round.
