Stuffed Green Peppers I

I cooked the rice separately. And cooked the ground beef with onions. While the beef & onions were draining, I microwaved the peppers for 3 minutes. I cut them in half prior. Then I mixed the rice, beef mixture, already diced tomatoes (Rotel brand - HOT - one can), & Worcestershire sauce (used 2 tsp) and 1/4 cup pasta sauce. I poured pasta sauce in the bottom of the baking dish, then added the peppers with cheese before I added the stuffing, then topped with remaining cheese. I baked at 350 until the cheese was bubbling. My husband loved it! I will definitely make again. I may use a different cheese or combination of cheeses next time.
