Celebrating Latin Food is all about the colorful Latin American and Hispanic cuisine, cultures, foods, recipes, heritage and the “People” who contribute everyday to our latin way of life. Like any party "Fiesta" we celebrate the vibrant and flavorful recipes found throughout all Latin American and Hispanic countries, whether it is a Toston from Cuba, a Churrasco from Argentina, Arroz Con Gandules from Puerto Rico or a Fajita from Mexico, each latin culture has a unique and wonderful selection of flavorful and distinct dishes, and all have the "Sabor Latino".

Food tells a story. One sight, one scent, one taste, one bite and it can evoke whole worlds of memory and transmit experiences and truths that words cannot convey. We eat with our eyes and minds as much as with our mouths. Food is powerful. It sustains body and soul alike. It captures the essence of entire cultures and countries. Food unites us. A shared experience, it overcomes differences and distances to form common bonds Our goal is through our presentation of Latin foods from around the world, that we can share and celebrate the story and spirit of Latin culture around the world, from the past to the present day and on into the future.
