Caramelized French Toast
I love this recipe and plan to make it again soon. The changes I made were adding 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp of cinnamin to the egg mixture. When making the caramel sauce, I heated 1 tbs of butter, then added the brown sugar. After about 1 min, I slowly added boiling water and stirred constantly on medium heat for about 8 minutes. Then I placed the bread in the sauce quickly coating both sides and put them on a warming plate til all were done. The wife is not usually a fan of french toast but loved this and I did too.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
This is one of the best pork loins I have made to date. I doubled all the ingredients except the cinnamon. Also used 4 cloves of fresh garlic in place of garlic powder. Marinated it for 7 hours and put it on the grill till it hit a temp of 148. Next time I may leave out the cinnamon.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Made this yesterday and would have to say not too impressed. A bit too sweet for me. I will say it was very easy to make but will keep looking for new bbq chicken recipes.
