Quick Turkey and Rice

Was ok, nothing spectacular, but good for a quick night. I spiced it up by chopping up a jalapeno and adding it. Didn't use the celery.

Bread Crust Zucchini Quiche

I used normal pie pastry for the crust - that turned out good. Just tasted a bit too yogurty for me.

Red Lentil Curry

This is the first time I made anything curry, and it turned out great! A bit spicy, but nothing you can't handle - I loved it, and so did my husband.

i gave it 4 stars because i thought the sauce was a bit runny - maybe that was because i used too much cream? i used turkey instead of chicken, and did not fry the tortillas. tasted great, and even better the next day when i ate the leftovers!

It was a bit bland - without the spicy salsa it would not have tasted good. Simple to make. Took longer than 30 minutes to cook.

I didn't really like the ranch - that's why I gave it 4 stars. Next time I will just use lowfat cream cheese or something else. Otherwise, fast and simple.

Summer Chicken Salad

Great simple salad. I put it on top of my salad - just greens with some vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. The buttery croissants were a good addition.

Colorful Turkey Pasta Salad

I liked this recipe. It was easy to make once I poached the turkey. I used fresh dill instead of tarragon, red wine vinegar instead of tarragon vinegar, and added a bit more olive oil and mayo (1/2 Tbs) than recipe stated.
