Salmon and Pesto with Rice

Yum yum! Used chicken stock instead of fish stock and a mix of yellow and green onion in place of shallots. Boyfriend approved, went back for 2nds. Will make again!

Coconut Shrimp I

Amazing! My bf is super picky. Took one look at it, then looked at me with a worried look. He took some, sat down and took a bite. Soon as he did, that worried look immediately changed to a look of awe and wonder! He went back for 2nds! :)

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Very very yummy. Did as one person said and put a pan of watee in the oven too on a seperate rack. Came out perfect and I've never even baked a cheesecake until trying this recipe!

Drop Dead Delicious Tuna Salad

I grew up with a similar version of this. Instead of pickle relish try cutting up some chilled pickles. It adds extra crunch that I love. Like others, 2 cups is way way too much. If you cut up pickles and add it in the mix then you may need more than the 1/2 cup recommended by other reviewers

BBQ Meatballs

Yummy yummy! Couldn't do any stirring as my meatballs tried to slightly fall apart if I did. Maybe I need to do something differently next time? I'm a beginner cook so I'm not gonna beat myself up over it. Other than that it was great and I'll most likely attempt it again another day!

Darn good! The only thing I had to do differently was use medium-lowish heat instead of med-high like the recipe stated. Med-high burnt the coating on the pork before the meat could cook all the way through. This may not be as much of a problem for others though as I do have a pretty kick butt stove top! Will def be making this again!
