This is fun recipe to make. My only complaint is the last few times I have made it, the chicken fell over, everything got scorched or the heat of the grill burns the outside and doesn't cook the inside that well. I also only do this on the grill for about 1 hour 45 minutes and it is cooked throughly. I am going to try it another time, balancing the chicken on something and doing indirect heat for the 3 hours and see if that solves the burning problem. Up until recently though this was a sure fire recipe that cooked in less than 2 hours.
