Valentino's Pizza Crust

I really enjoyed this crust. Simple to prepare, fast, and tasty. The crust was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I will certainly be adding this one to the rotation. Thanks for sharing!

This recipe was very quick, versatile & easy to put together. I was a little surprised at the consistency of the batter (perhaps because I substituted brown sugar--the German kind since that's where I live) but the cake was delicious! As someone else suggested: don't bother peeling the apples. I was skeptical but I was running late so I took a chance. It did not affect the texture. I can't wait to make this again! Thanks for sharing!

Kaese Spaetzle

I am an American living in Germany and I usually buy pre-made spätzle. After being gifted a proper spätzle-maker, I decided to give it a shot. This recipe really does taste like the homemade stuff I've had. I don't think I'll ever buy it packaged again! FYI: Emmentaler cheese is known as Swiss cheese in America (for those who don't know) Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Butter Balls II

Delicious! I was looking for a recipe that was similar to a cookie I ate Salzburg last week made by an Austrian Grandmother and this came very close! Light, crispy, and buttery. It's impossible to eat just one! I used chopped walnuts and ground almonds since I live in a small town in Germany and pecans aren't as readily available. Everyone loved these. This recipe is officially on my Christmas cookie list to stay! Thanks for sharing!

Soft Chocolate Cookies

Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies

A long overdue rating. I've made these cookies for the past 2 Christmases and they are a big hit! Delicious and easy and excellent for the cookie press. Not heavy like typical peanut butter cookies, either. Light and crispy! They really do melt in your mouth!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Hellllloooo fat pants! I made this 2 days ago and have since eaten it all myself. Deeelicious and very easy to make. (BTW, I substituted with pecans.) I suggest using parchment paper to help ease cleanup. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe. I will be making it again for Christmas!

Chocolate Praline Layer Cake

I make this cake every Christmas because my friends DEMAND it. It is excellent. The fresh whipped cream topping perfectly balances out the sweetness of the praline filling. Delicious!
