Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2014
This was a huge hit! The only changes I made was to replace the water with beef bullion and increased the onions. Otherwise.....followed everything. The pork was so flavor able and moist! We cooked ours in a cast iron skillet to really get the brown and caramelized onions going. This is definitely a keeper!!!

Sweet Polish Sausage

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
My husband said this is the best sausage he has ever had! I did cut the sugar in half and only boiled about 20 mins. Other than that, followed the rest of the recipe as written. Was amazing!! Thank you for a great twist on kielbasa!

Grilled Pork Loin Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
This is actually a 4 1/2 star. My husband gives it a 4, I say 5. He thought it was a little too sweet, I thought it was perfect! So next time I'll reduce the sugar a tad bit. Didn't change anything, the pork chops were super tender and tasty! It's a keeper!

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2014
This was soooo good!! I did what most people recommended, marinated the chicken in worcestershire, lemon and lime juices instead salt. I also did do the half yellow mustard and half spicy brown mustard and omitted the corn syrup. Can't say how that compares to the recipe as written, I can just say that the sauce was amazing!! The chicken was so tender and juicy!! This is a keeper!!

Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2013
I was looking for something other than a dessert to make for our annual Applefest and this fit the bill. It was a huge hit, one of the first side dishes to be empty! And quite a few comments that this was their favorite of all the sides. Like many others, used scallions in place of the leeks, didn't measure the chicken broth, so not sure how much of that we used. Stuck with the sweet Italian sausage. This was amazing. It is definitely a keeper. And I will be making for Thanksgiving! We made it a family event..everyone pitched in with the chopping and peeling. So GOOD!!!!

Homemade Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2012
Tried this last night - everyone loved it! Some said that it was even better than Manwich!!! Doubled the recipe because we had extended family over. Followed it pretty much as listed, with the exception of water, only used 2 cups even though doubled would have been 4! It cooked down perfectly! Added a little extra Worcestershire sauce and used brown mustard instead of Dijon. Very tasty!!! Thanks!!
