Animal Crackers

I altered the Recipe 1/2 cup wheat germ 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup butter 2 1/2 tbsp of honey 1/4 cup of coconut milk Kids love them! will be making these regularly for my daughter's lunch. Also Mine were more like various objects crackers ^_^ I don't have a camera or I would take a photo of these beauts. I got bit more than 2 dozen, about 2 1/2 dozen.

Peanut Butter Balls III

This is my second time making these, they are soooooo goooood! The first time I halfed the recipe because I didn't know what they would turn out like plus I had never made peanut butter balls before (so simple!) but this time I made the whole batch but I used milk chocolate because I don't have semi sweet :S STILL YUMMY!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

My kids and I love these. I can't see myself using any other recipe! I follow the basic recipe but I use whole wheat flour (its all I use), triple the vanilla, and depending on what I have I use butter or oil. Today I'm using oil. I also used less chocolate chips (about 1/2 c less) because I found that they didn't stay in the dough as well with 2 cups. Overall freaking awesome cookie!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have made these several times now and I have to say this is the chocolate chip cookie recipe I stick to. No other recipe beats these! Awesome, my kids, nieces, nephews, sibling, pretty well anyone whos eaten these say their the best cookies they've had. five stars.

Russian Tea Cakes III

So , I made these with my kids today. i doubt I messed the recipe up because its fairly simple...maybe its just our tastes or the recipe may not be good... But we do not like these at all. We will not make them again! Sorry.

Lemon Cranberry Muffins

Did I comment on these already, if I did it isnt showing up! I am making them for my 2nd time tonight! They were so good last time. I had to substitute some ingrediants... but only because I didn't have the original stuff. Like the milk. used almond milk last time and am using silk coconut milk tonight. Whole wheat flour, and brown sugar. I also added the tsp of lemon zest! Over all I'm giving these a 5 star rating ! YUM!

Maple Salmon

I made this and my family rates it a 4. I think next time I will double the sauce. I only used one tbsp of soya sauce because 2 seemed to much for the amount made.
