Oven Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2014
So delicious & easy! If possible substitute the dried herbs for your own garden grown herbs & add fresh chives. It makes ALL the difference! This will definitely be a go-to recipe for dinner!

Peach Cobbler VI

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2014
Absolutely delicious! This was my first time making cobbler & it turned out to be really quick & easy! The cobbler rose & browned perfectly around the peaches. I added a bit more brown sugar because most cobblers I taste I feel that the "bread" part should be more sweet. Perfectt 10!

Garlic Chicken

So very delicious and easy. Great for a quick gourmet lunch, I served with brussels sprouts and toasted french bread. If you're debating on making this or not, do it!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2013
The sauce-absolutely WONDERFUL. My family has asked for me just to make the sauce in bulk to give to them. The reason I gave the recipe 3 stars, it doesn't say to cover the chicken before placing it in the oven. It makes a huge difference. Cover it with aluminum foil or wax paper, and pour most of the sauce in with the chicken and then cook it. If you try to bake it uncovered and just brush it lightly with the sauce, it is extremely dry. COVER BEFORE YOU BAKE IT!!!!!! Other than thatm its great!

Curried Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2012
Tasty and light, like many other reviewers said- this was also my first time preparing a tilapia dish. It was very easy to make- always a plus. I'm not really a fish lover, but my boyfriend is and he loved it.

Shrimp Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2012
I didn't like this one very well. Like some others have said it tasted quite bland to me. Although it was cheap and easy to make- I already had all of the ingredients in my refrigerator. It would be better if you added some of your favorite spices in- if you like a stronger flavor. I substituted chicken in for the shrimp, and I put a bunch of black pepper on it. All in all it was decent for a quick fix,& that's why I give it 3 stars.

Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2012
Very delicious- I followed directions exactly, although I excluded the chocolate chips. Definitely the best zucchini bread I've ever had, worth a try.
