Didn't use chicken broth, instead used celery sauce, i think thats what its called, and about 3 cups of water with it. Still came out superb, ended up with leftovers.

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce II

Zesty = Lemons. I added a little more lemon and dry vermot and the sauce seems to be dominated by lemon. I think I may have messed up the sauce. Tasted fine in the end.

Beef and Parmesan Pasta

Used only 1lb of beef, and didnt change anything else. Still came out real good. I think I could have enjoyed it more with either less beef or more pasta.

African Curry

I added 1/2 more onion (red for sweetness), a bell pepper, and 2 double amount of curry (using Spicy Masala). Add double the spices, unless you want it real dull and bland, which seems more like gruel to me, than curry.

Dee's Mexican Rice

Only suggestion would be to add salt and pepper at the end, not spicy enough, even with two pinches of cayenne.

Cinnamon and Lime Chicken Fajitas

I cooked this with my friends, and used this recipe in conjunction with Dee's Mexican Rice (5 *'s) and I highly recommend it. We used marinated beef meat instead of chicken, but kept the spices, and it tasted very good, and was very filling.
