Squash and Apple Soup
Super healthy, super hearty! The picture doesn't do it justice. I did not add apple cider and next time I would add an extra apple. I also used less ginger and sprinkled a 1/2 tsp to tsp of salt. When I served it, I sprinkled cinammon. It brings out the flavor of apples. If you are dieting, this is a great recipe to eat and feel full!!! :-)

Fruit Pizza I
I made this for Thanksgiving and it's cold by me so it's hard to come by fruit. I used one bag of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) and put it in a pan with about a tablespoon of sugar. Once it made a liquid, I drained the fruit, set it aside and to the pan with the liquids, I added a tsp. of corn starch to thicken. Once it was completely cooled, I added it over the pie. Next time, I would not add sugar to the cream cheese mixture because the topping I made is sweet and I'd make a smaller pie and either double the cream cheese mixture so you can taste it.

Baked Potato Soup V
It almost tastes like your eating a really yummy cheesy baked potato. But I used turkey bacon, which for the future I think you need to cook it and then crumble it and fry again so it stays extra crispy. I also used 2% milk and I would wager to say you can drop down to 1% milk with no issue.
