Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

REALLY yummy & REALLY easy!!! Followed recipe with exception of adding the celery - as I didnt have on hand. My two tenderloins weighed a little over the two pounds, and I cooked for 45 minutes at 350 and they were not 160 degrees yet, so turned up the heat to 375 and cooked for another 15 minutes and they were perfect! Extrememly tender - got rave reviews!! Will definitely make this again and again!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

I followed others suggestions by adding carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Also added extra chicken broth as it thickened up for our preferred consistency. Delicious soup and will for sure make again! Thanks!

Down Home Baked Beans

Absolutely Delicious! Seemed like a lot of bacon (one pound) but came out perfect. Did cut back the brown sugar to 1/2 cup and used Bush's baked beans - chili sauce was wonderful addition! Thanks again and will be #1 baked beans recipe from now on!

Mexican Rice II

Very good. Did not have tomato sauce on hand so added canned diced tomatoes. Also added cilantro and minced garlic to liven it up a bit. Very tasty.

Really tasty! We loved the dipping sauce, and I followed advice to dilute with more water to taste (I added another 1/3 cup water as I had regular soy sauce not lite). Great meal.

Really yummy! Followed recipe with only one can of tomatoes,as that was all that I had, but it was still delicious. Also used the tip of toasting the tortilla strips for topping - which my husband LOVED!!Thank you for a great recipe!
