Chickpea Curry

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
Wow! This is delicious!! I made this as an easy lunch and had all the ingredients on hand. I added a bit of garam masala, halved the cayenne and added a diced potato to the onions as they sauteed. I also added some spinach and halved cherry tomatoes at the end. Will definitely make again. Thanks for posting!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup II

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2010
Very good as is, especially if you are looking for something extremely simple. I made this in 5 minutes for lunch today. I did add a good deal more cumin than called for (because I like the flavor) and a dash or two of chile powder.

Ghoul-Ade

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
I've been making this for several years now for Halloween, calling it Ghoul-ade, and it always disappears. I typically use Ginger Ale instead of the soda to cut the sweetness and add a little vodka in addition to the rum.

Pasta e Olio

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
I just whipped this up for a quick lunch. Yum! The recipe is easy to alter to your taste for garlic or heat. I give it 5 stars because I was able to use this recipe and get exactly the flavor I wanted on the first try.
