Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: May 31, 2005
I wasn’t so sure about this, when I was making it. It didn’t look all that good. But the taste, wow...it was pretty good. Will make again!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: May 31, 2005
I’m rating it at a 4, only because I had problems shaping the mixture into a ball. After the two-hour refrigeration period, the mixture was still very moist. I ended up putting it in the freezer for another 45 minutes, only then could I get it to resemble something like a ball. However, the taste was fantastic! All frustrations were soon forgotten as soon as I tasted it! I served with Chocolate graham crackers.

Cucumber Sandwiches II

Reviewed: May 16, 2005
These were really quick and easy to make. I used pumpernickel bread instead of rye, and I quartered the slices. Several people complimented the taste, and wanted the recipe. They were light, and served as an outstanding afternoon snack at a small gathering.

Egg Salad I

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2005
I wasn't all that fond of this recipe. Had to add more mayo, and I would suggest using only 1/4 onion.

This recipe was so easy! Was quick to make and very quick to be eaten. If you’re a cookie lover, and you like the taste of lemon, you’ll love this cookie!

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: May 7, 2004
These were so good! Made them for a baby shower, and got many compliments. Here's some words of wisdom, if you don't already have a chopper, get one! So much easier then dicing everything the old fashion way, with a knife.

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2003
I made this for a dessert to take to Thanksgiving Dinner. Was worried at first as everybody mostly went for the Pumpkin Pie, the Pumpkin muffins and Pumpkin rolls, but was later delightfully surprised as everyone started talking about it. I kept cake refrigerated, and served as a cold dessert. Was rich, and the texture was smooth. In my opinion, I thought the banana taste was very slight, but others thought it was just right. I will definitely make again, and again...

Cabbage Patch Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2003
Very good! A pleasant change. Was a bit disappointed, as I love Cabbage, and I couldn’t really taste it in the stew. After serving, we topped it off with some shredded cheddar cheese. Was really satisfying, and a good belly warmer on cold days.
