Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Delicious and easy! I like a lot of chicken in my dish so I started with 6 chicken breast halves and 6 chicken thighs (all skinless and boneless). I used 2 cans of chicken broth instead of the water. The first time I made it, I didn't add any spices until after the chicken was cooked. The second time I made it I coated the chicken with poultry seasoning before adding it to the crock pot. I listened to other reviewers and did not cut the chicken until right before I added the biscuits. I agree that this keeps the chicken juicier. I put the biscuits in about 90 minutes before I served. 30 minutes just isn't enough time. I have also made this with carrots adding the peeled and chopped carrots just prior to adding the biscuits. This had become a regular in my menu even if it isn't cold out yet.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
I want to start by saying this is a delicious cookie. I am sure I will make this again many times. IMO, it is more of a peanut butter cookie than a chocolate chip cookie. Like many reviews suggested, I swapped the measurements for the white and brown sugar, I added a little bit more vanilla, and I ground up the oats. I chilled my dough before baking. Then I used a medium cookie scoop, rolled the dough into a ball and pressed down lightly with a fork before baking. I baked them for 10 minutes at 325. They came out lightly browned, soft, and delicious.

Chef John's Baked Eggs
Quick, Easy, Delicious!! I added a little fresh basil with my parsley as suggested in his video. I am glad I did as that was a delicious addition. I haven't tried a recipe yet from Chef John that I haven't enjoyed. Thanks Chef John, and keep the recipes coming. I also have found several recipes on Chef john's food wishes blog.
