Easy Swedish Meatball Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2014
I love this recipe as a starting base. I then go along and add a ton of ground stuff like basil, garlic, minced onion, few tbs of sour cream instead of heavy cream, etc. It turns out well each time, thank u for this recipe inspiration!

Chicken Breasts with Chipotle Green Onion Gravy

As another reviewer stated, this recipe does not pack flavour. Was looking forward to trying it, but alas yesterday's dinner thanks to this recipe was disappointing.just no zing.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2013
One word-Amazing...! Whoever thought that veg dishes can be so yummy....! I did bake the eggplants for 10 mins each side at 375 and sprinkled some fresh tarragon on the bottom layer of cheese( was out of fresh basil). Finished the layering with a generous amount of basil on the top layer of cheese...!

Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2013
The recipe as is ,was too bland for me ..a few shakes of basil with a handful of fresh parsley took it up a notch...unfortunately it isn't a keeper for me.

Fish Fillets Provencal

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2013
Good recipe... Thank U...! To avoid the use of two skillets , I browned the parsley-seasoned-flour drenched cod fillets and kept them aside before sautéing the onions. Also used a can of tomato purée as I wanted gravy. Finished it with a sprinkling of dried parsley. My husband who hates fish gulped it down.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2013
Loved this recipe....! Wanted to make something good for my husbands bdy and this was the perfect recipe...well, I did tweak it to suit our tastes....I used 3/4 cup whole wheat flour and another 3/4 cup all purpose flour...( we like the nutty flavor from whole wheat, plus it's healthier..!) didnt ve eggs on hand....so used 3tablespoons of egg whites and 3 teaspoons of applesauce...also substituted the white sugar in the crumb mixture for brown sugar...this is probably why it was not as sweet as usual recipes....but then again we like it that way....Bon Appetite...!
