Chicken Fiesta Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
GREAT! I changed this into a quick lunch by using canned white meat chicken and then adding everything but the lettuce together. I would top with cheese and heat up for a different version. When I finally made it how the recipe calls, I was floored! All those months eating what I thought was awesome enough wasn't anything on actually following the recipe!

Not my favorite chicken dish, but overall pretty good. I added more salt and pepper the second time.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
Really excellent! Very easy and quick to make, but won't taste that way. I did up the spices the second go around (love garlic and spicy stuff!) but even made the way it calls, it should satisfy without being overwhelming.

Better Slow Cooker Robust Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
All and all pretty good, but chicken was very dry. 2nd time around I cooked it for 4 hours on low and was pleased. Served over plain white rice to soak up all the sauce.

Chili I

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
So good and so easy! I was asked to bring chili to an office potluck, and have never made it before in my life. I turned to AllRecipes.com and looked for the one with 5 stars and the most reviews. When I read that people made this for chili cook off's I was sold. Everyone at my office raved, including people who go to chili cook off's! I took the advise of others and only put in 1/4c brown sugar, 3 cans of beans and doubled the ground beef to stay on budget and feed lots of people. Great recipe and a real crowd pleaser!

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
This was a great change of pace, but needed something. I like a lot more flavor than this recipe called for. I always make a dish the first time exactly like the recipe calls for and then if I am not thrilled, I try it again with some changes. I omitted the garlic salt, added poultry seasoning, salt, minced garlic and lots of pepper to the crackers and was more satisfied the second time around. You could also try this with Italian or Greek seasonings instead of the garlic salt for a different taste.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
OMG! This was outstanding and SOOO simple! I served this with angel hair pasta and pesto sauce with toasted pine nuts and some broccoli. This is such a flavorful dish, but no so much so that it doesn't work well with just about any side dish.

Cider Vinegar Chicken

Easy dish to prepare with no prep work. Chicken has been a little dry both times I have made this. Leftovers are great for salad.

Great recipe! Very tasty. I make it without the carrots and its great. Tried it with a Greek salad dressing with Feta and that made it even better!!

Shrimp and Caper Salad

Personally didn't care for the mayo/oil & vinager combo. Would probably have liked better with fat free italian dressing or even greek dressing.

Stuffed Mushrooms I

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2004
Great recipe. I changed it a little and with a pound of mushrooms added about 1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs. I don't like mushrooms and this made it not so strong tasting.
