The Best Lemon Bars

Absolutely awesome! Went with more lemon. Juiced 3 large lemons and used the zest from 2. Excellent recipe!

Flatlander Chili

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

If I could give this more than 5 stars I so so would. This is amazing. Just like the toffee you buy in a fancy candy store. Thanks to the tips that helped me get it right the first time. YUM!!!

Awesome Korean Steak

This recipe is great. I followed another suggestion and used 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white. I also used 3/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce. I upped the nutmeg to 1/2 tsp for my personal preference. Other than that I left it alone and it was great. My son said "This is the best carrot cake I have ever eaten". And he has eaten a lot of carrot cake.

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

This recipe is yummy! I've had trouble finding a fresh pumpkin pie recipe that I liked. The consistency is usually off, but not with this recipe. I highly recommend it.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

I also served this cake with homemade whipped cream and strawberries. And it was the best strawberry shortcake I've ever made. It was a major hit. I didn't change a thing and it came out perfect. Thanks for a great recipe.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

This recipe is AWESOME! My husband says they are the best mashed potatoes he has ever had. I totally agree! The only thing I did different was put in half the milk and added a couple spoonfuls of sour cream. And, of course, I boiled the potatoes in chicken broth. You can't miss with these potatoes.

Snowballs

I agree with "perplexed" that they were more of a "snow mound" than a snowball, but I also have to say that they still looked very nice and tasted REALLY yummy! They were the cookie that went the fastest on trays this year. Thanks for the great recipe.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

Excellent recipe. I think next time I make it I will try a bundt cake pan and sprinkle the topping in the middle, but it is great just the way it is. Very moist!
