Cream Cheese Squares
I must say this recipe is a great crowd-pleaser; I've taken it to countless brunch gatherings. I decrease the cream cheese to one package and add a can of Comstock Apples before putting on the final dough layer. Turns out great !

Hurricane Cake
I made this cake for a social event and was a big hit; will definitely make it again. Also, did not have the sticking problem with butter/pecans/coconut mixture.

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
This was the best chicken dish I have made in a very long time; it practically melted in your mouth. My husband is very tired of chicken but was impressed with this recipe as well.
