I could not find my recipe I have used before so I tried this one. I made exactly what the recipe said. Everything worked perfectly. I chilled overnight. I used Costco butter. I use Silpat pads to bake, rather than parchment, as they can be used over and over for years. I also use to roll dough on. I only had to use a small amount of flour for rolling. I put a little on ball and rolling pin. I turned dough over a couple times as I rolled. I only use tin cutters, and they all cut perfect and went on cookie sheet perfect. I baked 7 min 35 sec . I did not have to keep putting dough back in refrigerator. Next time I will add 1 more tsp vanilla, but they are fine without. They keep their shape and did not bubble up. Easiest recipe I have ever made for cut outs.
