This was so delicious! My guests loved it and they don't even like re fried beans that much. I added corn and whole black beans from cans too to make it more chunky. So good!

I tried this recipe last night and it was just ok. I used chicken broth instead of water and seasoned the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot with seasoned salt, parsley, garlic powder and pepper. That made it taste better. I let that cook on LOW in the crockpot for 8 hours while I was at work. When I got home I threw in two bags of frozen "Prince Edward" Frozen veggies. The bag has whole baby carrots, whole green and yellow beans in it. That made it better and I cooked the biscuits to the side in the oven. Really this recipe would be good if it's all you had in your kitchen to cook with but even then I would probably cook the chicken and veggies totally separetely instead of butchering them all together.

I really did not like this recipe AT ALL. It was dry, burnt and the flavors together did not mix. I will not make this one again unfortunately...because with only 4 ingredients, it sure would be nice to make again! Sorry for everyone who loved it...just not for me.
