I was out of chili seasoning mix & this really saved the day!

I was really happy with this recipe. I didn't feel like cooking & wanted something simple. I've used more complex sloppy joe recipes before & haven't like them as much as this one. I forgot the salt, but with the amount of salt in ketchup, I figured I wouldn't miss it & I didn't. I did also add maybe a 1/4 cup of bbq sauce to a doubled recipe. **My boyfriend doesn't like sweet sloppy joes but he loves this recipe because I have been adding pepper, bbq sauce, vinegar & a little A1 just to take away from the sweetness. I love the recipe no matter what adjustments I make, it's always yummy!

this was ok..I think I just prefer roasted asparagus with olive oil, s&p

These were really good. I made them in nice firm thicker patties coated them in flour & let them sit on the fridge for an hour or so. I heated some oil & carefully turn them after I knew one side was nice & crispy & I didn't have any problems with them falling apart.

these were ok..a cute idea. Would've wished I could have liked them a little more but probably wouldn't make again.

I din't find these that special. Boyfriend liked them or they would have only gotten 3 stars from me. Sorry.

This was really good..Only added celery seed instead of the poppy seed. Update: I make this now about once a week. I've gotten to the point where I can just "wing it" I've used less sugar & it was just as good or use the recipe amount depending on what we're having it with. I've also added extra vinegar at times too. It always turns out great! Our favorite thing to do with this is use it on the pittsburgh sandwich from this site. Too good!

Really good! The only thing I did different was use a pound of meat & I didn't have mustard powder, so I just added straight yellow mustard. Will def be making this again!

These are so good for not frying them to get them crisp!

This was really good. Usually cream cheese frosting is not my favorite. Used cocoa to make chocolate.

I thought this might be a little boring & almost didn't make it but I didn't have much in the house for dinner & I'm so glad I did! It was cheap, pretty healthy & delicious! I did add some diced jalepenos to the corn/black bean mixture. Will definately make this over & over!

This was a pretty good pizza crust. I forgot the salt & it was still excellent..I did add a little honey to the dough

I always have a hard time getting these not to stick no matter how much spray or oil I use...but I LOVE the flavor & my meat eater boyfriends over the years have too! Update: I have made these so many times...what I do now is make the mix ahead of time & let them sit in the fridge as patties for about an hour or 2..I heat some veg oil-about an inch (Olive oil has never worked for me, it always soaks into the patties & makes them weird) I fry these up (2-3 mins each side) carefully turning them. I figure they're healthy enough I can afford to fry them in a little oil to have a burger that will hold together & the little bit of crunch on the outside is an added bonus!

We love our Italian beef in Chicago. Unfortunately it's hard to locate the bread for it in other parts of the country I have found...but we make do & I bring back the good Turano rolls when I can. This is my fix for when I'm away from Chicago. I do add some crushed red pepper flakes to the broth (about a teaspoon) & serve with giardinara.
