I'm an Italian food lover and an absolute beginner and I thought I would mess this up. I made only half the recipe to avoid bigger mess. But I Succeeded! My husband loved it very much. His first reaction was "MMMMMMM". To be honest, that was my first reaction too :) The only change I made was double the espresso like everyone says (in my case I use the same amount for half the recipe)
