Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins
I wanted to make chocolate muffins like the ones from Costco, and this was spot-on. I took previous reviewers' suggestions and added sour cream, an extra egg, and extra sugar (but had to use brown instead of white since I didn't have the latter). It turned out moist and yummy, just like the Costco version!

Easy Sugar Cookies
Excellent sugar cookie! While making the dough, I worried that it looked more like a pate brisee dough, but it turned out just fine. I experimented with making it round or flattening the bottom for more of a mounded cookie, but they both worked. I rolled the dough in colored sugar, and the cookies were so pretty. I wouldn't use these with cookie cutters, though, since they do crack on top, they're more your classic round sugar cookie.

Banana Spring Rolls
The best wrappers to use for these are made in the Philippines; they're called lumpia wrappers and you'll find them in the refrigerator/freezer section of a Filipino/Asian grocery store. They need to be thawed before use. If you're really lucky, you'll find the ones that have wax paper between each wrapper, making it easy to separate. Otherwise, you'll have to be patient and try not to rip them as you separate them. Keep moist by placing a wet paper towel on the ones you're not using.
