Classic Caramel Corn
I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out so well - the caramel corn is very delicious and easy to make! I made it using butter instead of margarine, which I highly recommend if at all possible. I can tell I will be making this a lot. Next time I'll use dark brown sugar so as to get a darker, slightly more molasses-y flavor.
