Red Velvet Cake I
This was an ok cake. Not very moist, not too sweet. Not sure I would try this again.

White Velvet Cake II
I made this recipe twice following the directions and it turned out ok-too dense and flat for what I was looking for. It ended up being a heavy, oily, over buttery tasting cake.

Chocolate Cookie Mix in a Jar
We made this as a thank you gift for our daughter's 9th birthday. We tested it first and the cookies are good. Not great, but good. Best made with hands as the recipe is a bit dry. Cookies did fall flat but still tasted good. Glad we did it.
