Yellow Squash Casserole
Great recipe!
I did tweak it a bit though, for personal taste and based on what I had on hand. I used 2 yellow squash and 1 cucumber. I didn't have buttery crackers so I used good ol' saltines. Per a previous suggestion, I added some already cooked bacon into the squash while cooking. I also added 1 clove of garlic diced and some red onion chopped. In the egg mix I used a little less milk and added a dollup of sour cream. The end result was wonderful and the kids loved it! Thanks for a great recipe!
