Meatball and Mushroom Stroganoff with Dill Sauce and Noodles

This was overall a very good recipe. If I made it again I'd do a few things differently. I'd cut back the onion to half of one. The taste was just too overwhelming. The sauce was good but I thought it probably could've been a little thicker. I'd add a little more flour next time. The dill was a good addition. It was very tasty and easy to make.

Best Lemonade Ever

I made this recipe for the sole purpose of finding out if it lives up to the hype. It does. One recommendation I have, and maybe it defeats the purpose of homemade lemonade, is using store bought lemon juice. It tastes just as great and makes it a million times easier.

Brazilian White Rice

I'm not a huge fan of white rice but decided to give this a shot anyway. It is absolutely delicious. It has so much flavor and I will definitely make it again.

Curried Chicken

The cream of mushroom soup gave this sauce a great texture but it threw off the taste. To compensate I added another half tablespoon of curry powder and threw in a pinch of cayenne pepper. I also added half of a green pepper and half of a red pepper to the sauce. It came out amazing. The chicken came out plain though. It needs to be seasoned differently. Instead of curried chicken it tastes more like chicken with a curry sauce. I'd try it again..just not the same way.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

I was really happy with how this came out but I didn't use onion bc I didn't have one. From what I've been reading, I was better off not using one. It didn't come out soggy, however the baking time was way too short. I added a cup and a half of shredded cheddar on top of the shredded mozzarella. It came out great. Keep it in the oven until the top starts to brown and you should be all set.

Blues Burgers

These things are delicious! I didn't use mushrooms or blue cheese because I didn't have any, but just as a regular cheese burger, they were outstanding. They're very easy to make and don't crumble. They are packed with flavor and are so moist they feel like they melt in your mouth.

Curry Grilled Chicken

The marinade is fantastic, and it's great because it's so easy to make. However, I would suggest either marinading the chicken overnight or cooking the chicken in a skillet with the marinade. It seems like an unfortunate amount of the flavor gets lost in grilling.
