Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
Good, rich fudge. I attempted to double the recipe, which I do not recommend. If you want twice the fudge, make it twice. The sugar did not cook down enough and you had the slight sugar crunch. Still got compliments on the taste though.

Candy Cane Fudge

Very good recipe for those that like peppermint. I am not a fan of peppermint but those who are loved the fudge. A favorite at Christmas time.

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
This is by far my most favorite peanut butter fudge to date. I am not a fan of peanut butter and I couldn't get enough of this fudge, plus it was a big hit with family and friends. I used honey roasted peanut butter which I thought was a nice touch. The fudge is so delicious without being too rich. Excellent for sure.

Honey-Dijon Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
This was very tasty and a big hit. I marinated the chicken in the ingredients for about 40 minutes before cooking (piercing the chicken to absorb the juices). I also used local honey that is flavored by season, which added a nice taste to the honey. I will definitely keep this recipe and cook again.

Glazed Carrots

I thought these were delicious. I halved this recipe and used 1 TBS of ranch dressing vs. the pkg mix and it was great. It was a hit and I will definitely make them again and again. :)

Oyster Dressing II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
I decided to make this recipe after my dad begged for oyster dressing at Thanksgiving. After using the suggestions of Adam, it came out perfect. It was a hit for the oyster lovers and my dad came back for seconds and asked for a to go helping. That's a winner in my book! Thanks you

Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
This is the best cranberry sauce I have made and it was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. I have tried a few recipes for cranberry sauce and this is the one that was the biggest hit. I took the advice and use 1/2 cup white sugar & 1/2 brown sugar. I also advise of Liza and added the raspberries, crushed pineapples, crushed pecans, and grand marinier. It was perfect! You definitely have to make it the night before to let the flavor marry. I will make this a permanent staple at my Thanksgiving dinners. Thank you!

Onions and Cream Appetizer

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
This was so tasty and delicious. It was a big crowd pleaser. My daughter, who is not a big fan of onions, loved it. Will definitely make again. I did cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup after reading the previous reviews and it was perfect. I also diced the onions vs using rings.

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
This turned out great and so very tasty. Every one came back for seconds. We did add some additional spaghetti sauce (we did not have extra diced tomatoes around). We did not think the ricotta mixture was enough, so we will make more next time. We did cook it longer. We covered it with aluminum foil for 30 mins and then cook uncovered for 30 mins and it was perfect on 350 degrees. It was simple but very tasty. We will definitely make it again!

Steff's Shepherd Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
We made this with the recommendations that some of the reviewers made. We did the 1/2 can of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of sour cream. We also added garlic powder and season salt for seasoning. We did frozen mixed veggies. We also used instant mashed potatoes. It was delicious! Even my 15 year old daughter came back for seconds. :) Thank you for sharing. We will definitely make it again!

Jif® Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2010
This was a huge hit over Christmas time, especially with the kids! They were begging for more. I'm not a peanut butter fan and I really enjoyed it. I used honey roasted creamy peanut butter vs. just the regular flavor and gave it a more sweeter taste. I will definitely make it again. Thanks for sharing.

Macaroni and Tuna Fish Salad

Reviewed: May 19, 2009
Like others I did some changes based on what I had around the house. I deleted the oregano and used dill instead. I used ranch dressing and mayo both. I used Vidalia vs red onion. I also used garlic powder along w/ salt and pepper. For color I cut a bunch of cherry tomatoes in half. My boyfriend & I loved it! I made a separate dish for my daughter without the onions & tomatoes and she loved it too.
