Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

This marinade is very good, but I cut the butter out, and added about 1 TBSP of olive oil. I grilled the chicken instead of cooking it in the oven. It's a great compliment to Spicy English Seven-Layer Salad http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spicy-English-Seven-Layer-Salad/Detail.aspx?soid=recs_recipe_seed.

Spicy English Seven-Layer Salad

This salad is amazing! I added about 1 tsp extra of brown sugar to the dressing just because I didn't think it was quite sweet enough. I also put in some scallions, and cauliflower and next time i would add hard boiled eggs and grape tomatoes.

Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup

This is my favorite soup right now! I just love it! Sometimes when I make it, I add about 1 lb of ground meat, which is fabulous for us non-vegetarians. Also this last time I made it, besides the ground beef, I added about 3 cups of chopped kale. It was wonderful! The kale not only added to the flavor, texture and nutrition, but make it look nice too. I only puree some of the veggies to make the broth thick, but didn't puree any of the kale.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

By far the best cookies I've ever had! Everyone loves them!! The only thing I do differently is that I cut the white sugar back by about 2 Tbsps and I use dark chocolate chips. Also, I think the brand of pudding really matters. I use Royal and it works well, but a friend made them with a different type and we could really taste the pudding.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Amazing! We increased the servings to 40 and sold this soup as a fundraiser. Everyone loved it and has been asking for the recipe. We did change a few things. We omitted the beer, used chicken legs, thighs and breasts, and cooked the chicken first then used that broth as a base. Also we did it on the stove so it only took about and hour to cook.

Ashley's Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is perfect! I am in Mexico City, and I was trying to make cookies with many obstacles. I followed this recipe the best could, considering I don't have measuring cups or spoons, and I'm dealing with baking at an altitude of around 7200 ft. My cookies were amazing! The only change I made was using semi-sweet chips, instead of milk chocolate.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

This was amazing. My friends were wowed by it. My only issue was that I thought it was a bit bland, but that may have been because I used low sodium beef broth. So, I seasoned it up a bit more and it was a smash hit! Also, I didn't add the potatoes. I cooked wide egg noodles separately and added them at the last minute instead.

Cocktail Meatballs

This was a huge hit when I made it for a housewarming. It may have been because I used a Thai chili sauce, but the meatballs were VERY spicy, too spicy really. My friends and I normally like spicy food, but I definitely should have cut back on the chili sauce next time.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This recipe is amazing, everyone loves it! I've made it with and without the roasted garlic, definitely better with. I also bake it and transfer it into a crock pot to keep it warm. Some time I want to try making it in the crock pot and not baking it at all.
