Really nice taste and pretty easy to make. Thanks for the recipe. I do have a few suggestions: 1) Roast almonds on low flame or they will not taste good and 2) Add dressing right before eating or else the lettuce will not stay crunchy 3) If you like sweet tasting salads, you can roast almonds with 2 tea apoons of sugar to sugarcoat them.

Coconut Ambrosia Salad

This is a simple to make yet delicious ambrosia salad. One thing to observe is if the coconut flakes being used are old and too dry, they will not get moist even after refrigerating the salad overnight. So, be sure to use only fresh and moist coconut.

Pineapple Cobbler

I made this recipe for a get-together with friends. It turned out pretty soggy and watery in spite of draining pineapples well. I ended up baking it for a lot of additional time just to get rid of the water. I did not enjoy it much. However, a couple of my friends who HATE desserts loved it. Go figure it!

Garden Pasta Salad

Very fresh and summary taste. The only alteration I made was I added 2 table spoons of red wine vinegar and added only ~1 1/2 cup of italian dressing instead of 2 bottles. It was perfect!

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

Very good taste. As for the use of evaporated milk, I used 1/2 cup of it and made this one day before a party. The dip thicked in the refrigirator so I added the remaining 1/2 cup evaporated milk and baked it for 15 min before serving. My friends loved it!

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

I made this yesterday for a baby shower and it was a huge success. I used 1 layer of base and did not double it and it was thick enough. The only other alteration I made was that I used softened cream cheese with regular ranch dressing and it gave me a good spreadable consistancy. Taking other peoples suggestion, I added cheddar cheese on top. It was fantastic. Although the leftovers have a little softer base today, they still are tasting great. Thanks so much for the recipe. I will be making this again and again!

Vegan Fajitas

This is a great recipe and the best part about it is that you can "tweak" it to match your taste and available ingredients. For the marinade, I cut down on oil quite a bit, used lemon juice instead of vinegar and added crushed pepper in addition to chili powder. It worked great! I used all the recommended fresh veggies but no canned corn or beans. Finally I marinated veggies for 10 min at room temperature and then stir fried it on high heat on a very hot skillet. The results were mouthwatering and my husband loved it! Thanks so much for such a great recipe.

Four Spice Crackles

Great recipe. Perfect blend of spices. I had to store prepared dough in the fridge and bake cookies the next day and perhaps thats why none of them cracked. They tasted great though!
