Pumpkin Pie
The recipe itself is very good. The measurements are a little off. I needed more Pumpkin Puree then the recipe called for, the mixture was at first very thin. I have made a lot of pies so I had to use my discretion. I didn't use ginger, I added Vanilla extract. The pie crust became a little burned because the pie was in longer than expect. When it comes to the cooking time I had to use my own personal judgement. I had my pie in for about 50-60 minutes. Either way the pie came out amazing and I would use the recipe again with the few minor changes

Sweet Corn Bread
This recipe was OKAY. I would have added more sugar and the flour measurement is not correct. When I made this the corn mixture was way too thin. I have a lot of experience making bread so I knew it was much too watery and added more flour to it. Once I added more flour the corn mixture was much more thicker. I didn't add enough sugar, but the corn bread still came out relatively good. The bread didn't come out dry, very moist.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
I used this recipe for My first Thanksgiving Turkey. I left the turkey in too long but because I used this recipe The Turkey didn't come out nearly as dry as it should have. I would easily use this recipe again next year. I would just leave it in for the proper time as stated in the recipe. If I would have followed the correct time the Turkey would have been absolutely perfect.
