this is a YUMMY pie! definitely make sure you only use about 2 cups of potato (ie 1 very large potato) - the one i used nearly filled the (deep dish) crust to the top! the only bad thing about this recipe is that I ate WAY too big of a peice and now am uncomfortably full!

Brown Sugar Sauce

this is a really yummy, easy, caramel type sauce. i give it 5 stars, for flavor and origionality. though it turned a little weird, which was my fault, because i poured it over ice cream and promptly put it in the freezer - it got kind of a puddinglike consistancy which was funky, so i dont advise doing that! great flavor though! quick fix when you dont have alot of ingredients!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

yum! just like it came from an itallian resturant! didnt have bread crumbs so i used saltine crackers, added garlic, onion powder and oregano to it with the parmesan cheese. also used mozzerela on top. this is a perfect, really easy, recipe!!

Christmas Strawberry Bread

oh YUM! ok so i didnt have any strawberry extract, and i needed to use up the strawberries in the fridge.. so although i only made 1 loaf (half recipe) i used the full 2 tbsp of strawberry jam instead of extract to make up for sweetness (that sweetened frozen strawberries have vs fresh ones). This is the most fab, gorgeous, pinkest bread - ever!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

these are really excellent. i used chocolate fudge flavor pudding instead of vinilla and also only made about 3 doz cookies. my husband took these to work and they were instantly devored!

Simple Scones

I didn't freeze the butter because I didnt have time for that. I just used spoonfuls of country crock, which is real soft already and easily mixed into the flour mixture. I also used half sugar, half cinnamon/sugar mix and craisins. But before molding them to bake, i put the mixture in the fridge for about 5 min to firm up a bit so it wasnt so sticky to work with. They turned out excellent, perfect with coffee! This is a great recipe!

Banana Chai Bread

Yummy! I brewed really strong chai, as suggested and added a pinch of allspice to make the taste a little stronger. Also, instead of creame cheese I used vanilla yogurt, keeping the creamy consistency without as much fat. A great recipe I will continue to use!!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

These were awesome! the batter is thick, so the cookies dont spread everywhere when you cook them, i love that. I used m&ms instead of chocolate chips :)

fantastic! yumy! wonderful! nearly foolproof - except i cooked em just a tad too long at the end. next time i think ill add just a tad more sugar to the dough. Congrats whoever wrote this, you're a genius ;)

Custard Cups

in the end this came out rubbery with liquid floating around it. And it smelled like eggs.. maybe 5 minutes was too long in my microwave, but this is definitely not custard.
