Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Excellent, crisp and delicious. I added all my flour ingredients in a large ziploc bag, then I added the chicken wings, 1/2 at a time and shook the bag. All the wings were then evenly coated. I did put then in the fridge for 90 min as specified. After my wings were fried, I placed them on a rack to keep them crisp. Then I shook 1/2 of them in the hot sauce w/butter, the other 1/2 I put in a pot and poured VH Honey Garlic Sauce on them. YUMMY

Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

Used 1/2 the cumin and ginger called for as well as the cayenne (my hubby can't eat hot), otherwise this rub is YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Excellent. I browned my chicken breasts in a small amount of olive oil before placing in baking dish. To eliminate the cheese from oozing out, I cut up my cheese a few hours before using, and put the cheese in the freezer before stuffing my chicken. I also used toothpicks to seal my chicken. The sauce was excellent.

Gelatin Poke Cake

Love it, so moist. I mix vanilla whipped icing with the cool whip before I frost the cake....makes it easier to spread and tastes delicious.

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Scrumptious.... I put them in an oven glass baking dish, and sprinkle with panko bread crumbs mixed with melted butter before heating, I also sprinkle paprika over the top, makes a great presentation.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

DELICIOUS. ONCE THE SHORTBREAD COOKIES HAVE COOLED, I ICE THEM WITH FRENCH VANILLA CAKE ICING (BETTY CROCKER OR DUNCAN HINES) AND ADD A PIECE OF GREEN OR RED MARASCHINO CHERRIE IN THE CENTER OF THE ICING. TASTES AND LOOKS GREAT.

Red Broccoli Salad

This recipe is delicious. Sometimes I change it up by using only 1 lb. of bacon crumbled, and adding 8 oz. bow tie pasta. I also change the vinegar to 1/3 cup red wine vinegar. Don't forget to add the nuts and bacon just before serving, this way it still has crunch.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Scrumptious!!!!!!! I did use real whipping cream though. Next time I'm going to try the recipe with 1 cup coconut milk and 2 cups half and half like the other reviews suggested. Wow can this recipe get any better?

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Made this recipe Christmas Eve. This is by far the **best** cookie recipe I have ever tried. My friends all agree too. I will make these every year from now on. Use the bagged cranberries in the produce section of the store. Chopped in my hand processor. Very easy.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

DELICIOUS!!!! I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE INGREDIENTS EXACTLY. THE ONLY THING I DID DIFFERENT WAS I PUT THE DRY MIXTURE IN A DISH AND DIPPED THE CHICKEN STRIPS TO COAT. I FOUND THAT THE COATING DIDN'T COMPLETELY COVER THE CHICKEN WHEN I SHOOK IT IN THE BAG. GREAT RECIPE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS RECIPE THAT THE NEXT DAY, I DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING WITH CHICKEN WINGS. THE WINGS WERE UNBELIEVABLE. AFTER FRYING I SHOOK THEM IN A POT WITH BUFFALO WING SAUCE, WOW!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Amazing....In error, I used skin on chicken thighs, but, no matter, they were delicious. I did not cook at 425, I cooked at 350 for 45 minutes in my oven on convection, and I also poured the sauce over the chicken (used 8 chicken thighs), and as others recommended, I used half brown sugar and half white sugar...... Yummy.

Fluffy French Toast

Delicious recipe. You can also after soaking your bread, spread cornflake crumbs on another plate and coat both sides of your french toast before frying. Makes a nice crunch.
