Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes
Scrumptious.... I put them in an oven glass baking dish, and sprinkle with panko bread crumbs mixed with melted butter before heating, I also sprinkle paprika over the top, makes a great presentation.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Amazing....In error, I used skin on chicken thighs, but, no matter, they were delicious. I did not cook at 425, I cooked at 350 for 45 minutes in my oven on convection, and I also poured the sauce over the chicken (used 8 chicken thighs), and as others recommended, I used half brown sugar and half white sugar...... Yummy.
