Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Amazing....In error, I used skin on chicken thighs, but, no matter, they were delicious. I did not cook at 425, I cooked at 350 for 45 minutes in my oven on convection, and I also poured the sauce over the chicken (used 8 chicken thighs), and as others recommended, I used half brown sugar and half white sugar...... Yummy.
