Sylvia's Easy Greek Salad
Woah!!! Don't put vegetable oil...you'll get sick...I accidently put vegetable oil because the bottles looked alike and oh god...Olive oil all the way, keep it simple lol we're not trying to cook our stomachs,we're trying to cook up recipes!

Tina's Greek Stuffed Peppers
if you want to make them lighter, skip the meat, just put tomato sauce inside or the inside of the fresh tomato..also it's 10000x's better if you eat the feta on the side. :-) I don't reccomand cooking it in Greek stuffed peppers..You can also make stuffed tomatos which are also great!

Oia Greek Salad
Nice! Greek salads are very simple. No salad dressing..keep it simple, healthy and fresh!! Tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, feta, olives, vinegar(red wine) and of course olive oil!!!! That's what the basic Greek salad is like and especially when you go to Athens. Just don't forget vinegar...just red wine vinegar and olive oil makes a whole difference! Ahh, I almost forgot..salt. Most important!! Also if you want balsamic is nice too but authentic GREEK salad is with vinegar :-)
