This was the second new york cheesecake I have ever made. My first one, years ago was a disaster. I followed this recipe and all of the helpful device from the other reviewers.I put it in a water bath, baked it for an hour and let it sit in the oven for six hours before putting it in the fridge. I did have a few air bubbles on the surface, but that was my fault because the cream cheese wasn't exactly at room temp. I got a little impatient, but it was delicious!! Thank you for the recipe!Now I have to experiment with this and different variations like pumpkin and sweet potato.
