Seemed like a lot of work to me. Good flavor but I have not made it since I made it six months ago.

My daughter won a blue ribbon at the county fair with this recipe. She added some peanut butter chips on top of the batter before baking. Thanks for a great recipe.

Buttered Biscuits

Perfect recipe. I grate my butter and pat out the biscuits and cut with a juice glass. Make sure not to twist the glass when you cut. If you twist the biscuit will not rise.

My Mom's Sausage and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
Love this unusual casserole. It did not take as long as stated in the recipe to cook it. My oven is a bit on the hot side though. Just watch it carefully.

Pat's Cream of Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
Delicious! Made twice in one week! I cooked bacon first. Removed bacon from pan and cooked onion in the remaining bacon fat. I added two tablespoons of flour and cooked for a few minutes then I added chicken broth, bacon, instant potatoes, potatoes and lots of pepper. Cooked it 45 minutes uncovered then added half and half.

Rempel Family Meatloaf - My version

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
This is a great meatloaf recipe! I did not cook it in a loaf pan as I do not like to have my meatloaf sit in it's own grease. I shaped it and cooked it in a 13X9 pan. Everyone loved it.

My Bandito Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
This sauce is great! Since I did not want to stand at the stove and fry wings this is what I did. Covered a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. I seasoned whole wings & then put them in the oven at at 375 for 45 min. Brushed both sides of the wings heavily with the sauce and returned them to the oven for about 15 min. They were so good I made them 2 nights in a row.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
Excellent cookies! Exactly what the recipe said. I refrigerated the dough before baking. I measured one-fourth cup of dough for each cookie as the recipe suggested. I used parchment paper and dark cookie sheets and had to reduce my baking time to 13 minutes. I might reduce the chips slightly next time as I thought they almost had too many chips. I like a little more cookie. Overall they are still a great cookie.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
Excellent sauce! Kids liked it too. I browned ground beef and onion and then added all the ingredients (minus the green pepper - DH doesn't like them) to the slow cooker and cooked for about four hours on low. I also doubled everything and froze half for another day. Thanks for a super recipe. I will not use jarred sauce again! UPDATE - I have now used this sauce to make lasagna too and it is equally delicious! Some of the frozen sauce has gone back to college with my son. He loves it too. Sauce seems to be a little watery when reheated so I just leave the top off for a few minutes and it is fine.

Good but not great for us. We ate it the first night but never ate the leftovers. I can't say there was anything wrong with it. It was just not our favorite.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Absolutely delicious!! I followed the recipe exactly except I had to use dry parsley because I did not have fresh and I didn't cook the shrimp nearly as long. My shrimp were done in about nine minutes. Served with alfredo noodles.
