Quick Chicken Piccata
Very delicious. I added a [drained] can of artichoke hearts right after the capers and browned them, then continued with the recipe as is. I thought this was a nice addition.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
I had better chefs than myself cook up turkey burgers I liked less than this one. Its a very quick and easy recipe, so much so that I can almost entirely place my boyfriend in charge of this one. I used 2.25lb of turkey instead of 3, but kept all the ingredients the same, I feel this allows it to be more flavorful while producing a few less patties. I think the turkey tastes great and makes for a much healthier option. I like to prepare this meal with non-traditional burger sides such as coconut rice in order to give the meal a different, more healthy feel. I've seen a few reviews mention issues with the patties sticking together, I had no issues whatsoever with this, perhaps because I used less meat, but I couldn't say for sure.

Coconut Ice Cream Balls
This recipe is great for whipping up ahead of time, then allowing guests to assemble it their way. I added a small splash of vanilla extract and sugar to the cream before whipping because I don't particularly like plain cream. Five star taste, and very easy to recreate.
