Banana Crumb Muffins

Very good! I followed the recipe exactly, except I didn't completely mash the bananas, I wanted some chunks and I made 12 regular size muffins out of the recipe. I made some for a honeymoon basket for a newlywed couple and put them in a cute cupcake box.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

I cut but to 3/4 cup of mayo. Used craisins instead of raisins, added a little shredded cheddar cheese and have used a variety of nuts, pecans, walnuts and sliced almonds. All very good! This is a keeper!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I do not care for pumpkin bread of any sort. I don't even like pumpkin pie, but my family raved about this bread! I made mini loaves and gave them away during the Holiday season.

Ham and Pineapple Dinner

My family loved this, It is very sweet and reminds me of a recipe my mom used to make called Sweet and Sour Hotdogs!
