Stir Fried Pasta with Veggies

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
We loved this recipe. I used wheat penne pasta instead of linguine. I also used red bell pepper in place of the cauliflower. It turned out great! Even my 5 year old loved the veggies.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
This recipe is pretty easy to make. I did have to add extra milk to make it go very far. I felt the almond flavoring was a little strong. After adding the extra milk, it was easy to spread, looked nice, and dried very quickly. If I make it again I will probably cut back the almond extract.

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
This recipe was wonderful! The cookies turned out great and so soft. The best part is not having to roll out the dough. It was so easy making these with my 5 year old daughter who loves to help in the kitchen. I did have to sub baking powder for the cream of tartar & baking soda, but they still turned out perfect!!

Tortilla and Bean Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2007
This was delicious! I was looking for some healthier recipes for my husband and he loved this!!! The only things I did differently were I used half water & half chicken broth, mexicorn instead of hominy, and chili beans instead of ranch style (not sure what ranch style are). My girls also loved it topped with some shredded cheese and sour cream. This will definately be in our menu rotation from now on. It makes plenty for leftovers too, which makes my life easier.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2004
This recipe was like something you'd get in a nice restaraunt. It was very good! It would be just as good with a little less dill. I also used toothpicks, instead of string.

This is a great recipe! It's the first one I have used that set up for me. I used creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy. I'll make these again.

This fudge was really easy to make, and it turned out very creamy. This was my first time making fudge, and I had no trouble with it setting up. I'll definately use this recipe again!

Cocktail Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2003
This is a great recipe. I actually just used the sauce with frozen meatballs. I cooked them in the slow cooker for 5 hours with tabasco chili sauce. They turned out great!

Pumpkin Roll III

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2003
This recipe was great! I cut the cake in half and made two rolls. It was a little easier to handle. The combination of spices made a great pumpkin roll.
