Orange Soy Pork Loin
made this last night and my 3 daughters LOVED it and to find something they all like is quite rare. I altered it a little bit - I put a rosemary ginger rub on it, then wrapped it up in plastic wrap overnight. I was going to cook it in the oven but we went swimming so I put it in the slow cooker instead but still put it in the oven bag with a little bit of water in the slow cooker and cooked on high for about 5 hours. It came out so tender, my daughters ate about 1/2 of the pork loin and probably could've finished off more if it was given to them.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I made this last week and omg, the entire family LOVED it. So much so that there wasn't even any left over afterwards! My wife who doesn't really like chicken said it was the best 'homemade' bbq she's ever had, my daughter said it's her favorite thing with chicken. I used a bbq sauce (12 bones, a local bbq place) that had molasses and i didn't have any problem with it being too runny or the other problems some have had. I cooked it for 7 hours, shredded the chicken at the 6th hour and the shredded chicken just sucked all the sauce right up. Seriously, this is so good I joined just to leave this review
