The taste was great! The only problem was the buns came out a bit too hard. I think next time I'll roll out the meat, cut into squares and bake covered as directed. Then just warm the rolls up a little at the end. Will definitely make again---thanks for the recipe!

Easy Pudding Milk Shakes

good flavor, but has too much milk. Start with the ice cream and then add milk and pudding to taste. That'll make it thicker.

Pumpkin Bread Ring

The bread is very flavorful, moist and has a nice presentation. Although the icing is good, it has a strong rich butter flavor, which I think overpowers the taste of the pumpkin. I'll definitly keep this recipe, but next time I'll try a simple powdered sugar glaze without the butter.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I was not pleased with the outcome of this recipe, basically because of the refrigerated biscuit dough. It made the recipe too rich and "fake". I much more prefer the more subtle taste of homemade dumplings. The chicken and sauce, however, was incredible. I also used chicken broth with the soup instead of water. My husband thought the recipe was too rich also. My 2 year old loved it though.

Mashed Potato Casserole

I made this recipe for a large family Christmas gathering. It was very good and everyone kept going on about how good it was. The only bad thing...the recipe calls for one "PACKAGE" of onion dip. That confused me and I accidentally bought a small package of the "make your own dip". The recipe should read...1 8oz "CONTAINER" onion dip. Other than that, it was a great hit and I'll make it again.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

I really liked these cookies although they are different than regular peanut butter cookies. My husband didn't really like them because he was comparing them to regular peanut butter cookies...he couldn't get past how weird it seemed to have oatmeal in a peanut butter cookie. I also added chocolate chunks which gave them a bit more depth. Good cookie!

Creamy Chicken Salad

I thought this recipe was one of the best I've had. I think the whipping cream is a nice touch and tones the chicken salad down so it's not so tangy and strong in mayo flavor. I didn't add the tarragon and I did add sliced grapes, which made a good addition.
