This is very flavorful and delicious. However, I followed the recipe and left the chicken in the pan to simmer. During that process most of the cheese melted out of the chicken and into the sauce. This would have been fine except that it added a whole bunch of fat to the sauce you make at the end. The fat separated out and ruined the look of the sauce. Next time I'll try another reviewer's suggestion and make the sauce completely separate from the chicken. I also cooked the chicken for 30 minutes, which was much too long. Bottom line, good flavor and pretty presentation once you learn proper preparation.
