During the holidays, my husband and I get in the kitchen and bake the traditional holiday dishes and alway add one new dish.
My cooking triumphs
A dish call Mole' de Olla, taught to me by my mother-in-law. It is rich with beef, spinach, green beans, hominy or corn on the cob, and zucchini. We serve it with lemon slices, oregano, tortillia chips and sour cream.

My crockpot recipes do not turn out well. They lack flavor.
