Spaghetti Squash I
Just made this and I am quite thrilled with it. My boyfriend HATES squash (and olives...) so I changed it a little, but I think we've found a winner. I also added a little oregano, a tablespoon of creamed honey, and some cumin, garlic and onion powder, and Korean chili powder (mostly because I have a hard time tasting things). Without these things it's quite good, my boyfriend liked it (he has a strong palette), I just needed a little more kick. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Great! I didn't have swiss cheese though (I know how much some people hate it when you review recipes with like 8 substitutions so that you've basically made up your own food), but cheddar is freaking delicious on these (and I also followed the rest of the directions like a boss)! The first time the chicken seemed a little dry, so I stuck a bit of butter on the bottom of it, and where the chicken ends overlapped. The (very picky) boyfriend loved it.

The Very Best Burgers!
These were really delicious. I didn't tell anybody what was in them (and I mixed all the ingredients while everybody else was outside), and the only thing my boyfriend could see was the onion (and he had all kinds of things to say about why you DON'T put things in the burgers!). Also, we were out of bleu cheese... but anyway, after all the plates were cleaned, I very triumphantly listed off what was in the burgers. Nobody's going to argue with ME about how I make my food again! At least, not until the next meal...
